At AWS Employer Brand, we often create global cultural celebration campaigns, aiming to tell authentic stories and cultivating a more inclusive environment. The campaign usually includes a landing page, videos, a blog, multi-channel organic social content, and paid media.
As a senior Brand/ Motion Designer, I led end-to-end art direction for all content in social media and motion design, including style guide, motion package toolkit, and bespoke graphics.
I worked alongside in-house creatives including a creative director, copywriter, video team and worked horizontally with 5 internal teams in AWS.

The motion package for this cultural celebration campaign was designed for multiple social channels. Templates include an Intro card, Lower Third, End Card, and subtitles. Additional bespoke graphics are provided to increase the engagement rate and total impressions.
Women History Month campaign received 8M impressions across media channels, and Black History Month had more than 100K impressions.
All assets were created entirely in-house, and reduced our cost per view to $0.
